Parker's Shower

I know it has been a long time since I have updated our blog. I am going to try and be better about it now so family and friends can keep up! :) My sis, mom and best friend Megan held a baby shower for Parker and I last weekend. It was such a wonderful day weather and all. I am so blessed and lucky to have so many loving people in my life. Here are just a few pics from that day!

This is the first time all of us have been together for a family photo in I don't know how long!! These are my cousins from my dad's side. All of Nana's Grandchildren! Les Bourgeois

Friday we had a great day! It was half a day of work and then Dr. Twaddle took us all out to Les Bourgeois. We had a surprise baby shower for Jessica W. while we were out there. She had no clue!

Maynard Memorial 2009

This year was the 11th Maynard Memorial. We changed things up this year and held it here in Columbia and not Montgomery City. We had a good turn out for kinda doing things last min. We are already looking forward to next years. It is always a great day with family and friends remembering dad. And there is no better way then doing what he loved to do....GOLF!!! Here are just a few of the pictures from this year.

God saw you getting tired when a cure was not to be so he closed both arms around you and whispered "come home with me" with tearful eyes we watched you suffer. Then saw you fade away. Although we loved you dearly we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, your working hands to rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us he only takes the very best!

Today is 11 years since my dad has left earth to go with our father in heaven! At times it feels like 11 years but then again it feels like it was just yesterday. Always and forever he is in our hearts!!
